This was inevitable, and deals a devastating blow to overall handle for MLB season. Both companies may have to merge in order to keep pot size healthy, it’s not outside of the realm of possibilities.

New York was huge for both, let’s hope incoming legislation won’t be too prohibitive.

My read is they have decided to make a peace offering in hopes of future legislation. I actually think they should have done this sooner to try and play nice with the AG.
