Likely going to fade Kevin Harvick in most cash games tomorrow. Wasn’t particularly fast in Practice 2 or 3 this week, and comes with the steepest price tag. Carl Edwards looks like a steal for $9,100; could rack up a lot of fastest laps and laps led.

Dale Jr. and Truex Jr. look like decent candidates to make up a lot of places from the back of the pack.

I’m really interested to see what Harvick’s ownership will look like this week. Last week, he was roughly 70% owned but he is well known for his dominance at Phoenix. He’ll still be the favorite by I would guess his ownership will be more in the 40-50% range on Sunday.

Trying to decide if Dillon is a safe cash play. Assuming he can lead some laps. But with a race this long the pole has some major risks.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. is a must own in all cash games for me. Has a top 10 car and should move up through the field to get a lot of positional bonus points and has a nice price as well.

Dillon is well suited for the GPP, using him in a cash lineup could be risky. He may lead some laps, could finish Top 10. Roll the dice.

Historically speaking Fontana has been very good to Kyle Busch. 3 wins in 17 starts with eight top 10 finishes lead me to believe he’ll run strong. 3rd row start doesn’t leave him many spaces to make up so you’ll lose out there. Betting odds have him as the 3rd favorite, for the price I’d play Jimmie J or Carl Edwards, I think both have better upside lower ownership possibilities.
